As we have previously communicated on several occasions, CACUSS is required to revise our bylaws and submit “Articles of Continuance” (aka our Constitution) to Corporations Canada in order to legally continue under the new “Canada Not-for Profit Act” by Fall 2014. In order to do so, our members are required to vote on a resolution asking to pass the new bylaws and approve the Articles of Continuance.
