The annual CACUSS conference brings together over 700 professionals from across the country to share resources and current research, and network to improve professional practice.
The CACUSS Conference Bursary (up to 6 offered annually) provides a registration fee waiver to allow a member to attend the conference who either:
- Is attending their first CACUSS conference, OR
- Is presenting at the conference with limited or no institutional support from his/her institution.
Travel expenses are the responsibility of the member and/or her/his institution.
To be eligible for a Conference Bursary, you must be a current member of CACUSS. You must also satisfy one of two requirements:
- You will be attending your first CACUSS conference, OR
- You are a student services professional who is presenting at the conference from a departments with a small professional development budget who would normally be unable to travel to the conference due to travel/geographical/other budgetary constraints.
Preference will be given to individuals from underrepresented regions or institutions that have lower participation rates in CACUSS (such as, but not limited to, Quebec and/or francophone institutions, northern or other geographically isolated institutions, community colleges, etc.).
Fee waiver for current year conference.
