The Registrar & Senior Director, Strategic Enrolment Management is accountable for providing leadership, strategic planning, enhancement, direction and effective management of college-wide enrolment plans, registrarial systems, processes and services that support key areas of the student life cycle. The incumbent will provide strategic leadership areas including admissions, registration, fees collection, record keeping, program of studies management, enrolment management and audit, convocation, financial assistance, scheduling services and student services for all post-secondary, apprenticeship programs and continuing education courses/programs. The incumbent has ultimate responsibility for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of Mohawk College’s academic credential granting practices in accordance with binding government policy. The incumbent is responsible for the implementation and application of Ministry directives, policies and procedures pertaining to registrarial functions, services and systems. The incumbent develops the guiding vision of the department and directs the development of service objectives and standards, technology solutions, policies and procedures for all registrarial services.
The Registrar & Senior Director of Strategic Enrolment Management is responsible for ensuring high levels of service to a wide variety of student, faculty, administrative and public clientele via the effective management of the aforementioned activities as well as budgetary and effective leadership of staff through development, engagement and performance management to ensure service excellence.
