Osgoode Professional Development (OsgoodePD) is a revenue-generating unit with the broadest range of programs available in Canada for internationally-trained lawyers and law graduates.
In this role you will be key in serving students in OPD’s credit and non-credit, International Programs offerings.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will bring the following:
A Community college diploma in addition to minimum experience requirement indicated below OR 2-3 years of work-related experience in addition to minimum experience requirement indicated below OR 2 years recent experience (defined as within the last three years) working at York University and performing the same or similar tasks in addition to the minimum experience requirement listed below. You will bring 2 years of recent experience in program/student services administration; administrative/secretarial work in a professional service high volume environment, preferably in an academic program setting with a University. In addition, you will bring recent experience providing a consistently high level of responsive front-line client service to members of the business/corporate community required. Strong attention to detail, proven experience in working with details in a consistently accurate, fast, and efficient manner. Experience working with the Student Information System (SIS) or a similar computerized record system. Experience using Moodle or similar learning management system.
