The Case Manager works on the Case Management Team within the Office of Student Support, Rights & Responsibilities (SSRR)
SSRR at Simon Fraser University is a tri-campus student service that is mandated to provide support to university students, staff, and faculty that are dealing with issues that relate to complex or unique student support needs and/or non-academic student misconduct. The Case Manager is required to provide services to the university community and to contribute to the development and implementation of the following primary responsibilities: early alert & early assist practices and procedures; consultation & advising practices, risk review; behaviour intervention; support coordination; case management; conduct process administration; and educational/outreach initiatives.
