Brescia University College (, a Catholic university college affiliated with Western University, is Canada’s only women’s university providing instruction to over 1,500 students. Brescia is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to fill a position as:

International Program Coordinator
Registrar’s Office
(Permanent Fulltime, Annual Salary $57,130 - $67,668, depending on experience)

The International Program Coordinator will contribute to the internationalization of Brescia University College through the planning and executing of programs for Brescia’s international students designed to assist them as they settle into life in London and Canada. This role will also provide services to the greater Brescia community and liaise with community partners to increase intercultural awareness and in doing so attract and retain a diverse ethno cultural student population. While programming is targeted for international students, domestic students are welcome to attend as well.

Reporting to the Associate Registrar, Student Success, key duties related to the International Program Coordinator role include: ensuring quality services for international students and their families; facilitating community development and increase Brescia’s intercultural and cross-cultural and institutional networks; ensure international student programmatic quality by training and supervising volunteers, work study staff and students; pursue academic activities related to internationalism; and assist in policy development for international students.

The ideal candidate will have a university undergraduate degree preferably in areas of education, international or cultural studies, and a minimum of 3 years experience as an International student and/or working with an International population. Credentials in one of the following areas would be considered an asset: ICCRC (Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council) or RISIA (Regulated International Student Immigration Advisor). As well training in International Communications (e.g. IDI – Intercultural Development Inventory) and additional language competencies.
