CACUSS Research Agenda Approved!

August 2, 2018

The CACUSS Board of Directors recently approved our CACUSS Research Agenda (2018-2021).  After two years of member consultation and input, the Research and Awards Committee presented the Agenda to the CACUSS Board and it was unanimously approved.  The agenda builds on the Knowledge, Research, and Insight Goal and Objectives as presented in the CACUSS 2017-2021 Strategic Plan, which states: “CACUSS will provide relevant, reliable and valued knowledge about Canadian Student Affairs and Services.”

What does this mean for CACUSS Members?

The next steps of this project will be mapped out and communicated with members by mid-September. The first phase of the project will focus on knowledge mobilization and capacity building. CACUSS will not be offering research grants in 2018-2019 as we focus our limited resources on implementing this plan, refining the tactics necessary to make it successful, and inventorying current research/resources available.
